Concentrating on the restoration of timber floors and installing new timber flooring :-
Carousel Casino (for the main contractor Barviv in the Cheyenne Saloon)
House Oppenheimer in the Waterberg Game reserve, installing timber sundecks and the whole house with timber flooring,
Mandela House, in the same Waterberg Reserve installing a timber deck;
Hector Peterson Memorial Soweto, installing Timber floors throughout the museum; Botswana Broadcasting Centre, installing timber floors in sound studios for the main contractor Forest Flooring
Alberton Civic Centre, installing timber floors.
Sheraton Hotel in Pretoria, installing new timber floors in the Ballroom, Jazz bar, bedrooms and in the Presidential suite was another project of elite stature.
My presentation and close liaison with the owners, Mr.& Mrs. Shiate, was a great success and the final designs and installations were well received.
Vyco Property Development
Wietpro Housing, constructing 36 townhouse units, building shells only.
New Century Homes – Heidelberg - consisting of 64 townhouse units
Provence – Jordaan Park Heidelberg – a 17 Unit Up-market town house development. Preparing al earth-works (cut & Fill); main Electrical services (upgrading), Internal roads, storm water systems, water reticulation, Construction of all 17 Units; “turn-key” all finishes complete with occupation certificate from local Municipal Authorities. Project completed 2008.
The Oaks – Boksburg (currently in progress). 2 Double Storey Upmarket luxury townhouses on the ERPM Golf Course. First one almost ready for occupation.
Bronkhorstbaai (currently in progress) – Luxury house for Mr Coetzee. Civils in progress (Blasting, Excavating, Compacting G-5 on rock-base). 382Sq.mTurn-key project.
Industrial Estate - Mini Factories. Building of interior walls for 30 factories. Project in construction
In progress – Own development, Cormorant Park (Standard Bank) x8 full title units in Germiston. 6 units already sold. All Civils completed and Reg.38 certificate issued from council (Complied with all municipal regulations).
